We are a modern, tech-driven private dental practice seeking an experienced Insurance Coordinator/ Treatment Coordinator to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional patient care in a warm, team-oriented environment where both staff and patients feel like family.
What You’ll Do
- Verify patient insurance benefits and eligibility
- Submit and track insurance claims (PPO focus)
- Follow up on outstanding claims and appeals
- Accurately post insurance payments and adjustments
- Communicate clearly with patients regarding coverage, estimates, and balances
- Coordinate with front desk and clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance policies and billing practices
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2–3 years of dental insurance/billing experience (required)
- Strong understanding of PPO insurance plans and claim workflows
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Confident communicator with patients and insurance companies
- Experience with dental software (Dentrix preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
