Blair Helicopter Service is looking for a motivated and dependable Ag Chemical mixer/loader to join our team. This position plays a vital role in supporting aerial agricultural application operations by serving as a mixer/loader responsible for loading materials onto the helicopter while maintaining clear communication with the helicopter pilot.
Job Responsibilities
● Accurately measure, mix, and load insecticides and other agricultural chemicals onto the helicopter according to written recommendations.
● Follow all safety procedures and company protocols when handling chemicals and equipment.
● Maintain clear and effective communication with the helicopter pilot using a two-way radio.
● Work as part of a team to ensure efficient and safe daily operations.
● Keep the loading area organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
Qualifications
● Valid Class C driver’s license (minimum requirement).
● Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including day and night shifts, depending on the spraying schedule.
● Good communication skills.
● Ability to work safely in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
