IBHS/CSBBH Administrative Leader
Blair Family Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IBHS/CSBBH Administrative Leader to oversee the operational management and regulatory compliance of our Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Program. This crucial, in-person leadership position requires close collaboration with the Case Manager and Clinical Director.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Program & Staff Leadership: Managing daily operations, leading staff training, and ensuring continuous compliance.
- Quality Assurance & Improvement: Directing data collection, managing documentation, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
- Administration & Financial Management: Handling billing processes and resolving various operational issues.
- Hiring & Development: Leading staffing efforts, conducting interviews, and performing staff performance evaluations.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Building and maintaining essential relationships with schools, serving as the MCO contact, and managing program audits.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work).
- Experience: Three (3) years of experience within a Children's Assured Safety and Stabilization Program (CASSP) system, including a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS).
- Requirements: All necessary clearances and a valid driver's license are mandatory.
