Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support clinical staff
- Perform vital signs, documentation, and patient intake
- Perform point-of-care testing
- Assist with procedures, room turnover, and equipment setup
- Process medical and imaging prior authorizations
- Manage medications within the EMR
- Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility standards
- Support a clean, safe, and patient-centered environment
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania license in good standing
- 2 years medical office experience, required
- BLS/CPR Certification
- Experience in primary care and/or pain management, preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft applications
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a care team
