Are you a detail-driven leader with a passion for commercial and industrial construction? We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives on turning plans into reality. In this role, you’ll lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating with owners, designers, subcontractors, and field teams to keep every detail aligned. • Develop, manage, and communicate project schedules in coordination with superintendents and subcontractors
  • Coordinate and track submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders
  • Conduct regular coordination meetings with subcontractors and field leadership
  • Prepare monthly pay applications and review subcontractor payment requests
  • Oversee procurement, delivery schedules, and supplier coordination
  • Partner with field leadership to maintain safety, quality, and productivity
  • Represent Blair in owner and architect project coordination meetings
  • Manage project budgets, cost reports, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Ensure all project requirements are completed, including inspections and Certificate of Occupancy

What You Bring

Required

  • College degree required. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a closely related field preferred.
  • 5 years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction
  • Proven track record managing projects through full completion
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
  • Strong understanding of construction means, methods, sequencing, and scheduling
  • Experience with subcontractor coordination, documentation control, and financial tracking
  • Proficiency with Excel, scheduling software and project management tools such as Autodesk Build and Procore
  • Clear, professional communication with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Even Better If You Have…

  • OSHA 30-hour certification or formal safety training
  • Field operations or superintendent experience that deepens constructability insight
  • History of managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Experience with design-build or technically complex facilities

Why Project Managers Choose Blair

  • A stable, family-owned company with long-term clients and steady backlog
