Your compensation structure starts as a generous base salary with a high bonus opportunity. This means that the more patients you see, the more money you can make! A Doctor with Blair experience would jump right into this position seamlessly or if not quite Blair ready, it includes an in-depth training process so that you can hit the ground running! We will teach you everything you need to know about adjusting, patient care, imaging, CBCT, marketing and much more. You receive coaching both in house as well as outside coaching to help you build your leadership, business alongside patient care and technical skills.
For those familiar with the Blair World, you may have seen Dr. Bell as the MC of the Blair conference this year bringing the energy! You may also have had the opportunity to learn thermography with Dr. Hannah, or attended one of his Blair Technique proficiency classes; he is an advanced Blair Instructor and currently in his last year of the Diplomate of Craniocervical Junction Procedure (DCCJP) Class. Together with Dr. Bells vision and experience in Leadership and Business alongside Dr. Hannahs technique expertise-he wrote the Blair Text book!, this is a truly rare and incredible opportunity for the right individual!
Previous experience in this case would be ideal, but no previous experience in upper cervical adjusting is required; an understanding of the importance of upper cervical care is vital.
