Objective: Coordinate daily construction activities and maintain a complete inventory of homes.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that houses are built to the requirements & specifications established by construction drawings, building codes, the company, and clients.
- Responsible for maintaining all finished speculative homes, pre-sales, and model homes.
- Responsible for inspecting the cleanliness of all common elements within each community, including streets, landscaping, and all other common areas. Take corrective measures when necessary.
- Responsible for watering all yards and landscaping during the growing season.
- Responsible for distributing plans to subcontractors as needed.
- Be responsible, to know and demonstrate Grant and Co.'s core values, and maintain a great attitude at all times, despite challenges or extenuating circumstances.
Education Requirements: A high school diploma is required.
Experience: No experience as a superintendent is required.
