We are a Minnesota based family-owned business with our main location in Blaine, and are now hiring at our brand new TruckAline facility in Columbus, MN. As we continue to grow and expand, we are hiring Diesel and Alignment Technicians at Blaine Brothers TruckAline. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has mechanical aptitude (experience as a truck mechanic preferred), and has a strong work ethic.

SCHEDULES: Monday-Friday, 2nd Shift, 3pm-12am 

Job Duties: 

• Provide leadership and direction to the technicians 

• Evaluate technician’s skillset and provide training as needed. 

• Assist technicians in locating parts / job related issues 

• Schedule shift work 

• Call in customer repairs and approvals/ unit updates 

• Organize shift with parts to pick up and vehicles for repair 

• Invoice repair orders in a timely manner 

• Source parts and part quotes 

• Create accurate estimates for customers 

• Related activities that promote the goals of the Organization. 

Work Experience Requirements: 

• Repair and shop operation knowledge with a strong technical aptitude 

• Strong communication skills – both verbally and written 

• Ability to train technicians at varying levels of experience, skillset and learning styles 

• Able to receive feedback on operations from peers, subordinates and manager and respond in a productive and constructive manner with a focus on solutions 

•Strong problem-solving skills
