Duties
- Prepare and adjust eyewear, including fitting frames and verifying prescriptions using optical experience and physiology knowledge
- Manage patient records accurately within Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems s
- Conduct laboratory work such as lens measurements, frame adjustments, and quality checks ensuring adherence to aseptic techniques
- Support retail sales by educating patients on eyewear options, lens features, and pricing while maintaining excellent customer service skills
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding medical records and sensitive patient information
- Schedule appointments
