Responsibilities:
- Install pavers and retaining walls in compliance with ICPI standards
- Construct paver patios, walkways, and retaining walls (stone and block)
- Safely operate a variety of mechanical equipment, including skid loaders, backhoes, and more
- Operate automatic vehicles such as dump trucks and truck/trailer combinations
- Move and transport materials using shovels, wheelbarrows, and machinery
- Perform other manual duties as needed and maintain a clean work site
- Follow directions from Operations Management and the Project Estimator
- Communicate with coworkers and customers in a polite and courteous manner
Qualifications:
- Valid PA Driver’s License (CDL not required but a plus)
- 2–3 years of prior experience in landscape and hardscape areas
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team
