This is a senior field leadership position. Applicants must have prior experience managing crews, scheduling work, and overseeing daily operations. The Production Manager will play a key role in coordinating daily activities, managing resources, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.Responsibilities
- Own daily field operations, production output, quality control, and crew performance across all service divisions
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate multiple crews and projects to hit daily and weekly production targets
- Lead, coach, and hold foremen and crew leads accountable to safety, quality, and efficiency standards
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement systems and process improvements
- Partner with Operations Manager, Sales, and Office Team to align scheduling, staffing, and job readiness
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and equipment standards
- Track production metrics, labor hours, and efficiency; provide regular performance reports
- 3 years managing field crews
- Experience scheduling and coordinating multiple teams
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, construction, or facilities services
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable using software for scheduling, communication, and reporting
