We Are Seeking
We are seeking a Channel Sales Assistant who is hungry, humble, and smart—someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment and takes pride in helping organizations solve complex challenges.
Your mission is to support the Channel Sales Manager in building, equipping, and growing strong retail and eCommerce partnerships that drive revenue and brand dominance.
In this role, you’ll begin by learning our partner ecosystem, mastering internal systems like CRM and reporting tools, and assisting in critical administrative, analytical, and event-related functions.

What You Bring
2 years of experience in sales support, channel sales, or administrative roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools
Ability to travel as needed for tradeshows and partner visits
A team-player mindset with a willingness to assist wherever needed
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered
Key Responsibilities
Support the Channel Sales Manager in providing high-quality customer care
Maintain product listings and content for retail partners and eCommerce channels
Track and report performance metrics through graphs and analytical reports
Assist in training and equipping partners with product knowledge and tools
Forward qualified partner leads to the Channel Sales Manager
Support planning and execution of financial targets and milestones
Coordinate attendance at tradeshows and in-person distributor events
Build and maintain professional relationships with buyers
Manage CRM system entries and ensure accuracy and compliance
Register for tradeshows, manage booth logistics, and prepare materials
Coordinate travel arrangements per company guidelines
Support other duties as assigned by the Channel Sales Manager and CEO
