Product Assembler
Blade-Tech Industries is a leading manufacturer of firearm holsters, mag pouches, and attachments. We are seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally organized individual to join our Product Assembly Department. The ideal candidate will pay great attention to detail and has experience working in a warehouse setting with a fast paced environment.
Due to the nature of our business and the Ohio State law we are not permitted to hire convicted felons.
SUMMARY:
The Assembly Department is responsible for building and finishing all Blade-Tech products. You may be putting products together by hand or using a variety of hand tools. Manual dexterity is a must. The assembly associate will work closely with the Inventory Team so being a strong communicator with a positive attitude is a huge plus! All Blade-Tech employees will adhere to all company and department guidelines and will interact with coworkers in a respectful, positive and result-focused manner.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/OTHER JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Frequently asked to climb or balance
- Occasionally required to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs (or greater when using assistance from a hand truck)

- Occasionally required to wear protective clothing, including gloves, hardhats, protective eyewear, ear plugs or other items of protective nature
- Noise level in the work environment is frequently loud
$15.00 and up based on relevant experience.
