Job Overview
Blade Professional Services is seeking a dependable and safety-focused ATV Snow Plow Operator to assist with winter snow removal. This role involves clearing sidewalks, driveways, and trails using an ATV snowplow. Ideal candidates are reliable, adaptable, and skilled in operating off-road vehicles under challenging winter conditions.
Responsibilities
Operate an ATV snowplow safely in severe winter conditions to clear snow from residential driveways and sidewalks, neighborhood common area pathways, parks and trails.
Perform basic equipment checks and maintenance before and after shifts.
Monitor weather conditions to ensure timely snow removal.
Operate equipment with precision to avoid damage to property, landscaping, or machinery.
Listen carefully, and apply learned knowledge to the job.
Communicate effectively with leadership, team leaders, and other team members, and report any operational issues promptly.
Collaborate with other operators on shared projects.
Adhere to all company safety guidelines and policies.
Adhere to all traffic laws.
Respond promptly to communication from leadership.
Requirements
Age & Licensing: Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
Driving Record: A clean driving record (no accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years).
Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
Location: Must have reliable transportation to Southwest Parker, CO.
Reliability: Available and responsive for unpredictable snow events.
Training: Part 1: Successful completion of an online ATV operator training course (paid training) with a minimum score of 80%. 2-day in person cold weather training upon first snowfall of 2025/2026 season.
Accessibility: Must be reachable by mobile device between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, 7 days per week.
Personal Equipment: Ability to provide your own personal winter clothing (jacket, pants, boots, gloves). Blade will supply all other necessary safety and hi-vis gear.
Technology: Willingness to use your personal mobile device (compensated through competitive pay).
Physical Requirements: Ability to work in cold, winter conditions, including early mornings and evenings. Vision sufficient to navigate in low-light and adverse weather conditions. Physical capacity to load/unload and operate equipment in snowy environments.
Preferred Experience
Operating ATVs or side-by-side off-road vehicles.
Using ATVs or similar equipment for snow plowing.
Familiarity with other snow removal equipment.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
