Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
- Provide various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy.
- Implement pain management strategies tailored to each patient's condition.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
- Educate patients on the benefits of massage therapy and self-care practices.
- Document treatment plans, patient progress, and any relevant medical history accurately.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.
Requirements
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Massage Therapist.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Experience in pain management techniques and occupational health is preferred.
- Previous experience in a med spa setting is a plus.
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
