What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and monitor daily operations in real time, ensuring on-time performance and service quality
- Communicate proactively with field teams, customers, and internal departments to resolve issues before they escalate
- Prioritize and reassign resources dynamically as conditions change throughout the day
- Track key performance metrics and flag trends or concerns to leadership
- Maintain accurate records of daily activity, incidents, and operational decisions
- Collaborate with the operations team to improve processes and streamline workflows
- Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time operational questions and escalations
- A natural multitasker who stays calm and focused when things move fast
- An excellent communicator—clear, direct, and confident on the phone and in writing
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and follow-through
- Quick on your feet with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Comfortable with technology and able to learn new systems rapidly
- Someone who takes ownership of problems and sees them through to resolution
- 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, scheduling, or a fast-paced support role
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under time pressure
- Proficiency with standard office software; experience with operations or scheduling platforms is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-first attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
