Working with the 1ERP Innovation Factory service line, this individual's primary responsibility is to support the 1ERP Fiori Launchpad and various innovation projects for the larger 1ERP group. This person will be responsible for providing support and working directly with other service lines within 1ERP and sector customers.
The selected individual should have an application development background, with SAP ERP operational technical experience and working knowledge of Fiori Launchpad configuration and administration. The selected individual will have the responsibility for the direct implementation of the 1ERP Launchpad and have the adaptability to focus on various ideas that come through the Innovation Factory.
Roles and Responsibilities Include :
This position will demand that candidates demonstrate solid interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior management, organize resources and communicate across functional and technical lines.

Salary Range : $100,300 - $150,500
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
