At Blackwell, Inc., we're looking for friendly, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Lobby Attendants. This role is perfect for those with a background in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support who enjoy creating welcoming environments and helping others.
As a Lobby Attendant, you'll be the face our property - greeting residents, assisting guests, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring a secure and professional atmosphere. You'll work closely with property management and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Weekly Work Schedule:
- Days of the week: Saturday and Sunday
- Start and End Time: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (12-hour shifts, 24-hours per week)
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and vendors.
- Monitor building access and ensure only authorized individuals enter.
- Assist with deliveries and maintain secure entry points.
- Communicate effectively with property management and support teams.
- Stay informed about local businesses and services to assist residents and guests.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality in all interactions.
- Support the Lead Lobby Attendant with property-specific duties as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: High school diploma or GED

Experience:
- 3 years in customer service or hospitality
- 1 year in a supervisory or concierge role (preferred)
- Skills & Traits:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting writing
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
