While this position is assigned to a primary dock post, candidates may occasionally assist with operational coverage, special projects, or support other property areas as needed. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured responsibilities, monitoring access points, and serving as a central point of contact for property operations — all while primarily stationed at the dock or loading area.
Schedule
Primary Schedule:
Saturday – Wednesday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Flexibility:
While this position is assigned to a primary schedule, team members may occasionally assist with operational coverage or special projects outside normal hours to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, tenants, vendors, and visitors
- Monitor dock and delivery access, including verifying credentials and managing check-in/out procedures
- Issue and terminate access badges as required
- Track parking validations and traffic flow for deliveries and property vehicles
- Assist with special events or unusual property access needs
- Maintain and organize dock documentation and supplies
- Monitor security systems, including cameras, alarms, and specialized software
- Observe, document, and report incidents accurately and promptly
- Facilitate emergency notifications and response procedures
- Maintain detailed logs and reports using digital tools
- Perform additional property-specific duties as assigned

Qualifications
- 21 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Current St. Louis Security License (or ability to obtain one)
- 1 year of security experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting software
- Experience with security monitoring systems (preferred)
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Availability for weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts (preferred)
- Comfortable working primarily in a dock/booth environment
