Weekly Work Schedule:
- Days of the week: Monday - Friday
- Start and End Time: 6:30AM - 2:30PM
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and visitors
- Manage access control, including issuing and terminating access badges
- Provide parking validations and monitor visitor check-in/out procedures
- Assist the property access during special events and deliveries
- Maintain and organize front desk supplies and documentation
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries professionally
- Monitor security systems including cameras, alarms, and specialized software
- Observe and report incidents accurately and promptly
- Facilitate emergency notifications and response procedures
- Maintain detailed logs and reports using digital tools
- Perform additional property-specific duties as assigned
