WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for completing quality installations while maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Installing residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Installing heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, and related equipment
• Setting and securing indoor and outdoor equipment
• Installing refrigerant line sets and drain lines
• Installing and modifying ductwork
• Brazing and pressure testing refrigerant lines
• Installing low-voltage and electrical connections
• Performing equipment startups and checking system operation
• Following manufacturer installation specifications
• Troubleshooting installation-related issues
• Maintaining a clean and organized jobsite
• Communicating professionally with homeowners, customers, and other team members
• Completing required installation documentation
• Following company safety procedures and HVAC codes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We want experienced installers—not someone who needs constant supervision.

The ideal candidate:

• Has previous HVAC installation experience
• Understands proper installation practices
• Can confidently work through an installation from start to finish
• Can read and follow wiring diagrams and installation instructions
• Has experience with refrigerant piping and brazing
• Understands HVAC electrical and low-voltage connections
• Can install and modify ductwork
• Has strong troubleshooting skills
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Takes pride in clean, professional workmanship
• Is dependable and shows up ready to work
• Has a professional attitude when dealing with customers
• Has a valid driver's license

EXPERIENCE THAT GETS OUR ATTENTION

Experience with:

Heat Pumps Air Conditioners Furnaces Package Units Split Systems Ductwork Refrigerant Piping Brazing Electrical Low Voltage System Startups Residential HVAC Commercial HVAC

EPA 608 certification is a plus.
