Blackwater Industries is a custom fabrication company supporting products in multiple market segments. Blackwater Industries is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Welder.
*(Structural, Combo, and Pipe positions are available.)
Requirements:
- Ability to read and understand drawings
- Ability to read and understand weld procedures (WPS)
- GMAW and FCAW experience is required
- Must pass pre-employment weld test
- No less than 2 years of experience in GMAW and FCAW Welding
- Exhibit knowledge of material identification, equipment utilization, welder equipment set-up and maintenance
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must have a pro-active work ethic
- Perform general shop cleanup, organization, and maintenance tasks
- Must be willing to help with what gets a project shipped, which may include non-welding tasks
