As a full-service commercial general contractor, we specialize in design-build, construction management, and renovation projects for a diverse clientele. Daily Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors and vendors
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety meetings
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Commercial Construction best practices and safety standards
- 5 years of Commercial Construction Experience or 3 years of experience with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Documented success in projects ranging from $1million to $5 million dollars.
- Proficiency with Procore & Microsoft suite of products
- Strong understanding of construction management principles
- Experience with management submittals, RFIs, and bidding processes, contracts
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Bluebeam
- OSHA 30 (Preferred)
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary Range is dependent upon experience & qualifications: $90,000-$120,000.00
