Mechanical Assembler – Robotics Manufacturing
Contract-to-Hire | Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
We are seeking dependable Mechanical Assemblers to join an innovative robotics manufacturing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a clean, fast-paced production environment assembling precision mechanical components used in advanced robotic systems.
This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, production, assembly, or mechanical aptitude who are looking to build a career in the robotics and automation industry.
Responsibilities
- Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies used in robotic systems.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete high-quality mechanical assemblies.
- Follow standardized work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and workmanship standards are met.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet daily production goals.
- Identify assembly issues and communicate concerns to supervisors when necessary.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical assembly or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Experience using basic hand and power tools.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
No wiring, blueprint reading, or schematic interpretation is required. Training will be provided.

6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Compensation
- $24.00 per hour
- 6-month contract with the opportunity for permanent employment based on performance and business needs.
