The Manual Software Test Executor (Contract) focuses on quality assurance for an advanced robotic platform. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of software systems through diligent execution of manual testing protocols. This role is fully on-site.
Responsibilities:
● Execute defined test plans directly on robotic hardware, including routine validation testing, regression testing for software releases, and evaluation testing for new features.
● Proactively identify, document, and report software defects in a timely manner.
● Collaborate closely with engineering teams to assist in root cause analysis of identified issues.
● Operate robotic systems for extended periods to gather reliability and performance data.
● Maintain a high degree of adaptability and quickly incorporate changes into testing workflows.
Qualifications
● Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, robotics, automotive systems, or other complex electromechanical systems.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with outstanding interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
● Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to create new documentation and update existing materials based on ongoing learning.
● A proactive, curious, and independent approach to learning and problem-solving.
● Operational familiarity with Windows or Linux development environments, including command-line tools and basic scripting.
