SUMMARY
- Manages the planning, implementation, and evaluation of dental services.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
- Oversee clinical activities of Dental staff.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Responsibilities include participating in interviewing, hiring, and training of clinical staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining clinical staff; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
- Minimum of five (5) years of practice experience
- This position will be a BVCHC staff dentist and will continue to maintain clinical practice and meet all credentialing and privileging requirements for clinical staff appointment
