We’re seeking a mission-driven Instructional Development Curriculum Lead to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge training programs that empower learners in high-stakes operational environments. This role combines instructional design expertise with leadership in managing multi-modal curriculum production—spanning digital, classroom, and blended learning formats.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum strategy, design, and development for government, defense, or corporate learning programs.
- Conduct learning needs analyses, ensuring alignment with mission goals and performance outcomes.
- Supervise a team of instructional designers, SMEs, and multimedia developers.
- Apply ADDIE, SAM, or other learning models to build measurable and engaging training experiences.
- Partner with subject matter experts to translate complex technical material into accessible learning.
- Drive standards for quality assurance, version control, and learning data analytics.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development; at least 3 years in a lead or managerial role.
- Experience developing content for the U.S. military, federal agencies, or mission-driven organizations.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional production teams.
- Strong grasp of learning science, adult education principles, and eLearning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Storyline, etc.).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field (Master’s preferred).
