Job Description:

We are seeking a Unarmed Security Officer (on-call) to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons in various locations. *Hours vary depending on client requests*

Responsibilities:

· Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules

· Warn violators of premise rules and regulations

· Apprehend or expel persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts

· Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes

· Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or other related fields

· Previous experience in customer service (i.e. answering / transferring phone calls)

· Familiarity with security equipment

· Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing the English language for the purpose of public interaction and report writing.

· Bilingual preferred.

· Ability to handle physical workload

· Strong attention to detail

· Pass a background check

· Must be willing to work all shifts including nights and weekends.

· Ability to pass our Pre-Employment screening, including drug test,

· Must have reliable transportation

· Must have a current New Mexico Security Officer License

· Must have High School Diploma or GED

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
