Job Description In this role, the Coordinator will own end-to-end coordination of BXCI Investment Committee (IC) processes and act as central hub for scheduling, execution and tracking across deal teams and senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Own and manage IC calendar and related committee calendars Lead scheduling, agenda setting, and stakeholder alignment across ICs Coordinate IC materials (memos, decks), ensuring quality and timeliness Manage meeting logistics (waiting rooms, Zoom, participants, execution) Track IC pipeline, submissions, and outcomes across deal teams Maintain DealCloud data integrity and real-time updates Manage restricted deal processes and compliance protocols for MAR related deals Partner with stakeholders to ensure readiness and alignment Improve IC processes and maintain SOPs Ensure back-up coverage and business continuity for committee by partnering with Executive Assistants within BXCI Qualifications Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who are highly motivated, have sound judgment, and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. Expected annual base salary range: $100,000 - $140,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
