Position Overview
The Billing and Invoicing Associate role offers an excellent opportunity for growth within the Accounting department while developing a strong foundation in billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes. We are seeking an organized, dependable, and flexible individual who enjoys working with details, systems, and cross-functional teams to support accurate and timely financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily invoicing and credit memo processing and approvals
- Review and manage open orders to ensure accurate billing
- Manage invoicing for digital distributors
- Collaborate with internal departments to support integration with financial and order management systems
- Prepare basic reports in NetSuite
- Provide customer service support related to invoicing and credits
- Assist with accounts receivable functions as needed
Requirements
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Versapay experience a plus
- NetSuite experience preferred
- Strong administrative, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative, and work independently
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines
- Ability to meet attendance guidelines
- Must successfully pass a background check
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
