Starting Pay: $17.50 an hour
Monday - Friday: 8:00 am-4:30 pm
Requirements
· Evaluates damaged item packaging and determines suitability for use elsewhere.
· Repackages, sorts, organizes, and consolidates damaged inventory.
· Ensures all damaged items staging areas in all warehouses are cleared out each day.
· Maintains sufficient levels of repackaging materials and records item quantities correctly in Deposco.
· Pulls MISC or special orders from Damaged Inventory when requested.
· Assists Retail Store with stocking.
· Stages good inventory for movement to LTL or E-commerce, as necessary.
· Strives to have all repackageable inventory processed and transferred back into ‘good’ inventory.
· Participates in damaged disposition and pending obsolete initiatives.
· Breaks down and palletizes empty boxes for disposal and keeps the damaged area organized and clear of trash.
· Assists with cycle counts in the Damaged area.
· Works with the material handlers to reduce the number of damaged items caused by employees.
· Counts retail store.
· Assist in other areas as needed.
Qualifications Needed:
· High school diploma or GED
· Warehouse experience preferred
· Prior experience with Excel, Outlook, NetSuite, and/or Deposco preferred
· Forklift certification desirable (Turret, Sit-down)
· Able to lift up to 75 pounds
· Available to work from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday – Friday
