Key Responsibilities
Event Management
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, trade shows, and conferences for all subsidiaries.
• Manage event logistics including scheduling, vendor communication, ticketing, and registration.
• Support onsite and virtual event activities, ensuring a seamless attendee experience.
• Track event budgets and help prepare post-event reports and performance metrics.
Content Creation & Marketing Support
• Develop and edit marketing content for social media, email campaigns, flyers, and presentations.
• Create engaging content for newsletters, websites, and promotional campaigns across subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
CRM & Database Management
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and lead data.
• Support lead tracking, segmentation, and reporting for the marketing and sales teams.
• Help set up and monitor email campaigns through CRM or marketing automation tools.
Ticketing & Customer Support
• Oversee event ticketing platforms, attendee lists, and handle registration inquiries.
• Provide customer support related to event confirmations, changes, and questions.
General Marketing Support
• Conduct market research to support campaigns and event strategies.
• Track performance metrics for campaigns and events, providing insights for optimization.
• Assist with ad hoc marketing and administrative tasks as priorities shift across multiple businesses.
• Support scheduling, presentations, and coordination of marketing calendars.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of marketing, events, or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing tools is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
