Our company specializes in the engineering and construction of EV charging facilities, wireless communication facilities, and underground utilities. Our service areas include WA, OR, ID, MT, AK.

Oversees and coordinates field operations for EV charging station projects from site preparation through final commissioning. Leads and manages a crew of technicians and laborers, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications.

Responsible for daily jobsite supervision, task delegation, scheduling, and quality control while maintaining compliance with safety standards and electrical codes. Operates heavy equipment such as excavators, trenchers, skid steers, and lifts to perform trenching, conduit installation, foundation preparation, and equipment placement. Coordinates with project managers, inspectors, and utility representatives to ensure timely project completion.

Skilled in reading blueprints and electrical plans, troubleshooting installation issues, and maintaining productivity across multiple jobsite activities. Maintains crew accountability, conducts safety meetings, and ensures proper use of tools and equipment. Committed to delivering reliable EV charging infrastructure while maintaining high standards of workmanship and team leadership.

Crew will travel for work out of town and receive compensation when working out of town.

In need of a civil foreman/operator to lead their own crew and install EV charging facilities.

Workload is currently very steady for 2026 will be even busier until end of year!

Requirements-

-Experienced Equipment Operator

-Trained in proper PPE

-Reading/Understanding Construction plans

-Understand elevations and grade

-Self-starter and motivated

-Organizational skills

-Can meet project timelines

-Responsible for company vehicle/tools

-Clean driving record

-Ability to pass D&C screening

-CDL A Class is a bonus!
