What You Will Do
We are seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented, and quick-learning Office Admin/ Accounting Assistant to join our team and support our continued growth and expansion.
This role will provide administrative and clerical support to various management personnel across the organization.
As the Office Admin/ Accounting Assistant you will be primarily responsible for answering phones, greeting visitors, maintaining schedules, filing, and supporting ongoing projects within the company. In addition, this role will assist with basic accounting and administrative financial tasks, such as data entry, invoice tracking, recordkeeping, and internal reporting support.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and general office software)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic with a professional and positive attitude
- Highly organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Prior experience working in an office environment preferred
- Experience in real estate, construction, or property management is a plus
- Basic accounting experience required, including familiarity with:
- Data entry and recordkeeping
- Invoices, billing support, or expense tracking
- Basic reporting or coordination with accounting staff
Any additional experience with accounting software, bookkeeping, or administrative financial support is a plus.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
