We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Residential Project Manager to lead luxury residential construction projects from concept to completion. This hands-on role requires coordinating trades, managing budgets and schedules, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of craftsmanship. The ideal candidate has strong construction knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience with project management software such as BuilderTrend or similar platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Estimating
- Prepare accurate project budgets, estimates, and proposals
- Solicit and review bids from trade partners and vendors
- Ensure project scopes and costs align with client expectations
Project Scheduling & Coordination
- Create and manage detailed project schedules
- Coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors to meet deadlines
- Monitor project milestones and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively
Client Communication & Satisfaction
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project
- Provide weekly updates on project progress, timelines, and budget status
- Manage client expectations and ensure an exceptional client experience
On-Site Oversight & Quality Control
- Review plans, blueprints, and specifications for accuracy
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality standards
- Address issues promptly to keep projects on track and on budget
Documentation & Software Management
- Track project progress, budgets, allowances, invoices, and change orders
- Maintain organized records, including daily notes and project documentation
- Utilize BuilderTrend or similar software to manage project data and communication
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Residential Project Manager
- Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and terminology
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Proficiency in Excel and general computer skills
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with BuilderTrend or similar project management software (training available)
- Prior experience managing high-end or luxury residential projects
- Familiarity with design-build project environments
- Education or formal certifications are optional
