We are looking for a Head of Operations Engineering to lead engineering operations at our aseptic beverage manufacturing facility. This leadership role oversees plant renovations, process improvements, capital projects, and facility expansions while ensuring efficient operations and production schedules.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Engineering Department and manage processes, systems, and resources.Drive continuous improvement, process mapping, and cost-reduction initiatives.Manage budgets, including CapEx, training, and consulting.Oversee CMMS systems and engineering drawing controls.Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, EH&S, and Reliability teams.Lead engineering projects and schedule around production downtimes.Ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and SQF standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Chemical, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering required. MBA preferred.10 years of engineering experience with 5 years in capital project management.Aseptic manufacturing experience required, including low-acid beverage packaging.Strong knowledge of P&IDs, engineering principles, and manufacturing best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, ERP/CRM, MES, and CMMS systems.Proven leadership and team management experience.Preferred Skills:Familiarity with FDA regulations and PMO design requirements.EH&S program support experience.Vendor management and technology integration knowledge.Why Join Us: Lead engineering operations in a dynamic aseptic beverage facility, drive efficiency, and make a real impact on production and quality.
