Contract Designer Creative Marketing TeamLocation: Remote | Shift: 9 AM- 5 PM PT/MT/ETDesign Sample/Portfolio link REQUIRED at the top of your resume. Submissions without this will not be considered.We are seeking a talented Contract Designer to join our internal Creative Studio. You'll bring our brand to life across digital campaigns, marketing collateral, email marketing, event signage, and more, using our brand guidelines, style guides, and templates. This role requires creativity, precision, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver high-quality marketing assets using Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.Collaborate with creative leads, project managers, and cross-functional marketing teams to interpret briefs and iterate on designs.Present creative solutions clearly to stakeholders and explain technical design decisions.Proactively manage workflows, flag potential bottlenecks, and deliver error-free assets on time.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate your work and the team's creative output.Required Skills & Experience:5 years of professional experience in marketing or digital design.Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Experience with Asana or similar project management tools.Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, independent design work.Nice to Have:Motion design skills (After Effects or similar).Team & Process:Work directly with a small core team of 3 designers within a broader creative team of 14.Panel interview followed by a possible 1:1 if needed.This is an excellent opportunity for a creative professional to make a tangible impact while working in a collaborative, fast-paced marketing environment.
