Executive Director
Location: Blacksmith Fork Assisted Living, Hyrum
Position: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Position Overview The Executive Director will lead the daily operations of our assisted living facility, ensuring that all aspects of care, staff management, financial oversight, regulatory compliance, and marketing efforts are met with excellence. The ideal candidate will be committed to our culture of WOW Service and have the ability to inspire and support a team that embraces these values.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership: Lead by example, modeling the company's core values and culture. Inspire staff to deliver exceptional service and continuously improve their skills and performance.
- Resident Care: Ensure high-quality, compassionate care for all residents, maintaining a home-like environment that prioritizes their dignity and well-being.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the facility's budget, drive revenue goals, and maintain cost-effective operations while upholding quality standards.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and regular reporting of the facility's performance.
- Community Engagement and Marketing: Build and nurture relationships with residents, families, vendors, and the local community. Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy, improve public awareness of the facility, and promote the facility's services.
- Staff Development: Encourage continuous growth and learning among staff, ensuring they are trained in the latest caregiving practices, as well as in the WOW Culture that defines our organization.
- On-Call Availability: Be available to address any emergencies or concerns, ensuring that residents always receive the highest level of care.
Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- UALA Administrator Certificate preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in a leadership role in the healthcare or assisted living sector preferred
- Understanding of state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities or willingness and ability to learn them
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Ability to foster a collaborative, positive, and respectful work environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and transparency
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with resident care as needed (up to 40 lbs)
- Must pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Based on experience
- Bonus: Up to 20% of annual salary based on performance metrics, including occupancy and revenue goals
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days in the first year, unlimited thereafter
