The Role: Assistant Property Manager
As our Assistant property manager, you’re not just managing units—you’re helping drive the success of a company scaling to new heights, providing support, leadership, and oversight where it’s needed most.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams.
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws.
- Oversee budgets, rent collection, vendor relations, and unit turns.
- Drive occupancy through effective marketing and resident retention.
- Hire, train, and motivate staff while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Respond to emergencies and represent the company with professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Tech-savvy: MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and property management software
- Understanding of landlord/tenant law and compliance requirements
- Valid Driver’s License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
