Client is seeking a Sr. Electrical Power Engineer to join their growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong engineer who enjoys complex power system design, multi-discipline collaboration, and hands-on project leadership within heavy industrial and process industry environments.
🔹 What You’ll Do:
• Lead electrical engineering design for industrial and power distribution projects
• Develop single lines, schematics, power distribution systems, grounding, lighting, and control systems
• Perform short circuit studies, arc flash analysis, voltage drop calculations, and cable/conduit sizing
• Utilize SKM and/or ETAP for power system modeling and analysis
• Review vendor drawings, technical specifications, and engineering deliverables
• Serve as a discipline lead on multi-disciplinary projects
• Support field installations, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities
• Collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• BS in Electrical Engineering
• PE License strongly preferred
• 5 years of electrical power systems design experience
• Background in engineering consulting, industrial, manufacturing, chemical, or process industries
• Experience with AutoCAD and power system modeling software (SKM and/or ETAP)
• Knowledge of NFPA standards, substations, power distribution, grounding, fire alarm systems, and lightning protection
• Revit/BIM and AGI32 experience are a plus

Salary : $140,000 - $155,000
