We’re seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a Power Generation project in the New Albany, Ohio area. This is a great opportunity to get involved in a fast-paced industrial environment, contributing to a critical phase of project execution.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, has strong attention to detail, and is comfortable working with technical project documentation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting day-to-day administrative needs for a commissioning project team
- Managing and maintaining project documentation and records
- Assisting with commissioning documentation such as turnover packages, ITRs, reports, and redlines
- Ensuring documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date
- Coordinating with project team members to track and compile required records
What we’re looking for:
- Prior experience in an administrative role supporting industrial, construction, or energy projects
- Familiarity with commissioning documentation (ITRs, turnover packages, etc.) strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Proficiency with standard office tools and document management systems
