This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our employees and leaders while helping strengthen an industry-leading drilling company. If you're passionate about building strong relationships, helping teams succeed, and making a meaningful impact in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Position Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support throughout the organization. This position partners closely with frontline leadership to address employee relations matters, policy interpretation, contribute to employee engagement and retention efforts, and workforce challenges, while promoting a positive and productive work environment. A central focus of this role is the accurate administration of employee benefits programs—including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and leave programs—as well as the precise maintenance of employee data across HR systems.

Success in this role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, sound professional judgment, the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels, and a genuine commitment to supporting both employees and operational leaders in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.

 HR Operations & Administration

  • Accurately and timely enter and maintain employee data in ADP and other platforms.
  • Maintain employee personnel records in compliance with applicable laws and the organization’s records retention schedule.
  • Process HR transactions, including internal promotions, transfers, and terminations; coordinate IT access and asset requests as applicable.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans, as well as leave administration (unpaid leaves of absence, Short-Term Disability), including ongoing management and billing support.
