Role Description
The Electrical Foreman will oversee daily operations on electrical projects, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and within timelines. Responsibilities include supervising electrical installations, managing teams, troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. The role requires on-site presence in Norfolk, VA, and is a full-time opportunity.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Electricity, Electrical Wiring, and Electrical Engineering
- Hands-on experience in Electrical Contracting and project oversight
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and problem-solving for electrical systems
- Thorough understanding of industry safety standards and regulations
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is highly desirable
- Ability to effectively manage teams to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Valid electrician's license and certifications; additional training or credentials in construction or electrical engineering is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
