Blackout Defense is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting daily shipping and fulfillment operations for firearm accessories and components.
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn. Firearm accessory/component knowledge is helpful, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Assemble hardware packs, shim packs, and accessory kits
- Prepare and organize shipping materials and boxes
- Laser cut foam inserts for packaging applications
- Label, stage, and prepare outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow established procedures and quality standards
- Assist with inventory organization and general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift and move packages/materials as needed
- Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Firearm industry or accessory knowledge is helpful but not required
