About the Role
This position offers flexible, hybrid remote work supporting our day-to-day administrative operations. Attendance at our weekly on-site meeting is required on Monday mornings 7:00-8:00 a.m., along with some scheduled weekday availability. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage a variety of office tasks independently while communicating effectively with our team and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned.
- Manage monthly maintenance contract renewals, including client communication and database updates.
- Support accounts receivable by creating invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with collection efforts as needed.
- Provide assistance to the office and field teams through Facebook Messenger and other communication platforms.
- Maintain accurate financial, client, and personnel records in QuickBooks and LMN (Landscape Management Network). Training will be provided as needed.
- Perform other general duties as assigned to support the overall efficiency of the business.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or office support role.
- Proficiency with QuickBooks and familiarity with LMN (or similar industry software) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Comfortable using Facebook Messenger and other online communication tools.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer suitable for daily administrative work.
Work Schedule
- Flexible hours, typically ranging from 20–30 hours per week depending on office workload.
- Occasional peak periods may require additional availability during the workweek.
