Blacklock Group is proud to be partnering with a leading Elite Boutique Investment Bank in New York City as they continue to expand their Industrials M&A platform at the Senior Associate level.

The group is distinguished by its deep industry expertise, lean deal teams, and a highly collaborative, execution-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of M&A transactions, including financial modelling, valuation analysis, and due diligence coordination
- Oversee the preparation of high-quality client materials, including pitch books, CIMs, and management presentations
- Play an active role in client interactions, strategic advisory discussions, and transaction negotiations
- Supervise and mentor Analysts, ensuring quality control and professional development
- Support senior bankers in origination efforts, contributing to idea generation and maintaining strong client relationships across the industrials landscape
Requirements
- 3–6 years of Investment Banking experience, with a strong preference for Industrials and/or M&A exposure
- Proven ability to independently manage workstreams across live transactions
- Advanced technical expertise in financial modelling and valuation methodologies
- Strong leadership capability with experience overseeing junior team members
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
- Background from an Elite Boutique, Bulge Bracket, or top-tier Middle Market firm preferred
