Grant Management Intern
Position Summary
The Grant Management Intern will assist with identifying funding opportunities, preparing grant materials, maintaining grant records, and supporting reporting requirements. This position is ideal for students interested in nonprofit management, public administration, communications, or fundraising.
Responsibilities
• Research grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies
• Assist with preparing grant proposals and supporting documents
• Track grant deadlines and reporting requirements
• Maintain grant databases and records
• Collect program data and outcomes for reports
• Assist with grant compliance and follow-up activities
• Attend staff meetings and program events as needed
Qualifications
• Strong writing and research skills
• Excellent attention to detail

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
