Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere to all guests.
- Actively supervise public skating sessions and open play, ensuring adherence to safety rules and guest well-being.
- Manage the skate counter, assisting guests with skate rentals, fittings, and returns.
- Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the ice rink facility, including the ice surface, common areas, and locker rooms.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and quality checks on rental skates and other equipment, ensuring they are in excellent condition.
- Develop a thorough understanding of all Blackhawks Ice Center programs, events, and offerings to effectively answer guest inquiries.
- Respond to guest needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist with various operational tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Comfortable working in a cold environment.
- Ability to skate proficiently is preferred.
