Salary Range for California Residents Only: $157,030.00 to $212,000.00

Responsibilities
Drive Strategic Prioritization & Market Insight
- Partner with Product to evaluate and prioritize initiatives based on business goals, market opportunity, and team capacity
- Apply a tiered model to determine level of PMM support, from full GTM ownership to lightweight enablement
- Conduct quarterly competitive and market analysis to identify trends, threats, and opportunities
- Deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations to inform strategy and positioning
- Define and evolve value propositions, differentiation, and messaging for your product area
- Shape the broader company narrative by bringing forward customer insights, competitive signals, and proof points
- Ensure all product messaging aligns to BHN’s Sellable Solutions framework and is consistently reflected across sales and marketing materials
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy for priority (Tier 1) initiatives
- Validate opportunities using customer insights, market data, and competitive analysis
- Develop clear “right-to-win” recommendations and influence go/no-go decisions with leadership
- Build comprehensive GTM plans including launch strategy, customer journey, activation channels, and success metrics
- Lead cross-functional alignment across Product, Sales, and Marketing throughout the lifecycle of each initiative
- Develop core sales enablement assets including decks, one-pagers, and battlecards
- Partner with training teams to deliver scalable, field-ready enablement programs
- Ensure Sales is equipped with clear messaging, competitive positioning, and use-case-driven narratives
- Support launch execution and early adoption in partnership with Sales and Product
- Run structured win/loss and feedback loops to understand deal drivers, objections, and competitive dynamics
- Translate insights into actionable improvements across product, messaging, and GTM strategy
- Continuously refine positioning and enablement based on real market signals
- Lead through influence in a cross-functional environment with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Analytics
- Balance multiple initiatives and stakeholders while maintaining momentum and focus
- Know when to push forward, align, or escalate to drive outcomes
- BA 12 years experience in product marketing or equivalent relevant experience
- Complete understanding of market trends & consumer behaviors regarding all of the organization's products
- Expert of analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- AI fluency with demonstrated experience using AI tools effectively in the context of this role
