Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Strongsville, OH. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions, resolving inquiries, processing orders, providing product information, and maintaining accurate and detailed records.
